Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This is in addition to your legal right to cancel your order within 14 days under UK law.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your item is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund under UK law.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Sale items can be returned in line with your legal rights. Custom or personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Your Legal Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason. You must notify us within 14 days of delivery, and then return the item within a further 14 days. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by email. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return. Our 30-day return policy extends this period, giving you more time to request a return.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. If more than 14 days have passed since we received your return, please contact us at info@sacredframes.co.uk. Original standard delivery costs will be included in your refund where required by law. Additional costs for premium or expedited delivery are non-refundable.
